Returning to PZ?

Once upon a time, very long ago, Project Zomboid was available to early purchasers via:

• Paypal
• Desura

This page is intended to direct these early adopters to the Steam key they were once promised.

Please email us on accounts@projectzomboid.com with your existing PZ details and receipt.

These were emailed to you when you first bought the game.

Desura

Previously users could log in to Desura to retrieve their PZ Steam keys, but this service has now been offline for many years.

As such we’d politely ask former Desura players to also contact us at accounts@projectzomboid.com, with an original Desura purchase email or other proof of purchase.

Important Note:

For many years we have been understanding of lost emails and lack of proof of purchase due to the manner in which the Desura platform disappeared, and our appreciation to early supporters.

Unfortunately, in recent times there have been periods of extremely suspicious email flurries that have exploited this offer – and made administration of key retrieval to legitimate customers extremely difficult.

It’s with a heavy heart we’ve had to make the decision that, unfortunately, in future we will not be able to provide a key without proof of purchase from Desura, Google Checkout or Paypal purchases.
